Booking & etc
These terms apply to all bookings made available and provided by Boo Boo Living via website or via e-mail, telephone or any other mobile device. Boo Boo Living reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time
By making a booking, you confirm, the person or company on whose behalf you are booking, (“Customer” or “you”) that you have read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions set herein. By making a booking, you guarantee that you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement and to perform all obligations under this booking.
The booking is fully confirmed when a confirmation number has been provided orally or in writing by Boo Boo Living. Payment of the booking must be made according to the booking rules for the specific booking, otherwise the booking can be canceled.
If you have not received a booking confirmation within 24 hours of completing your booking, please contact us at reservations@boobooliving.se. Please note that the booking is not guaranteed until you have received a booking confirmation from us.
You cannot book for a longer period than 90 days and the booking is valid for the number of people listed in the booking. You must be 23 years of age to book a hotel room. The booking may not be transferred to another costumer.
Booking changes
If you change a booking, it will be treated as a cancellation as below and a new booking.
Requests for extension of a stay will be granted depending on period and availability.
Cancellation policy
Short Stay 1-7 daya
The booking can be canceled free of charge no later than 12:00, one (1) day before arrival.
In case of late cancellation a late cancellation fee will be charged.
Weekly Stay 8 – 29 days
The booking can be canceled free of charge no later than 12:00 seven (7) days before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or at a no-show, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
Long Stay more tan 30 days
The booking can be canceled free of charge no later than 12:00 thirty (30) days before arrival. In case of late cancellation between 29 – 15 days before arrival, a cost of 25% of the total booking value will be charged. In case of cancellation after that or at a no-show, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
Boo Boo Living’s right to terminate a booking
If a hotel guest violates our regulations regarding payment and security deposit or substantially violates against any other rules in the booking confirmation or the general terms and conditions applicable from time to time, we have the right to terminate the hotel guest’s booking prematurely and with immediate effect.

Deposit
Short Stay 1-7 days
All bookings require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
Payment is due when booking.
Weekly Stay 8 – 29 days
The booking can be canceled free of charge no later than 12:00 seven (7) days before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or at a no-show, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
Long Stay more than 30 days
Change of hotel room
We reserve the right to move hotel guests to another hotel room in the property to use the hotel in the best way or for any other reasonable reason. In that case, we will arrange the transfer of your belongings to the new one hotel room. The room you are moving to should have the same number of beds and rooms as the original, if you do not accept another number. If you notify us that you do not accept the change, you have the right to cancel the remaining part of the booking period with a three (3) days notice and get back the remaining value of the paid amount of your booking. If you do not do so, you must accept our proposed change.
Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed. Boo Boo Living is completely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the room. If the violation is broken, we must charge a deep cleaning fee of 10,000 SEK.
Liability for damage and loss
The hotel guest is responsible for damage that occurs due to abnormal wear. The hotel guest answers further for damage to or for loss of furniture and equipment as well as damage to the hotel room and common areas caused by the hotel guest, or someone they are responsible for, through negligence or willful misconduct.
Our rules of conduct
We hope you enjoy your stay at Boo Boo Living.
For the well-being of all guests, we have house rules that we want all guests to follow.
The hotel guest pledge to:
- Follow from time to time the applicable rules of procedure for the hotel and the property
- Only use the room as a home, ie may not, for example, be used as an office and only for that number of people specified in the booking.
- Under no circumstances may illegal activities occur.
- Do not transfer this accommodation to anyone else.
• Have waste that is unsuitable for rubbish dumps or rubbish bins removed at your own expense; unless Boo Boo Living specifically provides containers or the like. - To keep the home available for sweeping and cleaning of canals.
- To take good care of the home and the furniture etc. which is included in the rental.
- To immediately notify us at Boo Boo Living if the hotel room is affected by e.g. water damage, poorly cleaned or vermin.
- To follow current rules of procedure in the property.
- To observe everything that is otherwise required to observe good health, order and good conditions in the property.
- To leave the hotel room well cleaned at check-out, and then hand over all door and hotel room keys to Boo Boo Living.
- To be responsible for damage that occurs due to abnormal wear and tear, for example due to smoking, grease stains, and pets.
- Respect others staying at the hotel. This means that you must not be disturbed by sound, loud music, smell or the like.
